Tuition
You may be surprised at how affordable Christian education can be. In addition to striving to keep our tuition rates as affordable as possible, we also participate in Step Up for Student scholarships, which may allow your child to attend our school for FREE! Many of our current students are able to take advantage of this incredible program (and many are surprised to find that they are eligible). For families that do not qualify for Step Up, we also have an internal scholarship program that can provide up to a 30% discount on tuition. Our current tuition rates are available here.
Admission
Process
We conduct a thorough admission process to maintain our high Biblical and academic excellence standards. Students being considered for admission must complete pre-admission paperwork, secure references, provide prior report cards or transcripts, and interview with the principal. When you are ready, you can apply here. Please be advised that the admissions process will begin in the Spring for the following school year. At this time admissions are closed for the 2023-2024 school year.
Ethics in Education
It is the desire of WHCS Faculty, Staff, and Administration to ensure the safety and well-being of all students. If any students or employees of West Hernando Christian School feel that there has been a professional misconduct that is worthy of reporting (such as obscene language, drug/alcohol use, prejudice or bigotry, sexual innuendo or harassment, physical aggression), it should be reported immediately to the administrator at whcprincipal@tampabay.rr.com.
