Mrs. Daniella Louis

Daniella Louis

Daniella developed an early interest in learning for she was raised in a country where education is cherished, but so few individuals are fortunate to afford a good education. Having this passion for learning, she decided to enroll in the Educator Preparation Institute (EPI). Upon completion, she accepted the position at West Hernando Christian School in 2014 as the 6th grade teacher.

It is her love and dedication to God that has brought her to West Hernando Christian School. Growing up in a Christian family, God has always been the pivotal point in her life. Through the years, her love for God has grown stronger while spending time in His word and His presence. Daniella has been a member of Northcliffe Baptist Church since 2005.

Daniella was born and raised in Haiti and she came to the United States when she was 17 years old. She obtained her Bachelor Degree of Science in Management at Hodges University.

Daniella and her husband (Jean H. Louis) have been married for the past fourteen years and they have two children. Both children have been attending West Hernando Christian School since 2008.

Her philosophy of teaching is that the classroom should be an arena of active learning. As a teacher, she teaches to all learning styles, using differentiated instruction when it is call for. It is proven that different strategies used in different combinations with different groups of students will improve learning outcomes. As a teacher, her goal is to make learning fun by creating a positive atmosphere in her classroom in order to make it a stimulating learning environment. Also, she prefers the learning in her classroom to be student-centered, rather than teacher-centered. Finally, she desires to empower every student in her class to reach his/her full potential as a child of the Most High God.
